What is spend-based analysis?
Thanks to our classification algorithm, the monetary approach enables you to quickly obtain an initial overview of your company's emissions, in terms of volume and category. It is based on your accounting files that you'll have to upload on the platform.
What’s the difference between spend and activity based approach?
The monetary approach provides a quick overview of your emissions, based on your accounting files, whereas the physical approach allows you to go into more detail regarding your emissions. This allows you to paint the most accurate picture possible of your carbon footprint and your potential for reduction.
Does Greenly provide offsetting?
Yes our platform provides a marketplace dedicated to offsetting.
Does using the platform require any technical requirement ?
No, our platform is extremely intuitive and user-friendly and you don’t need any technical skill to use it. If any questions come up, we offer online support that is included in all our packages (except for our GHG Report Compliance Package).
